When I play Mahjong Solitare, why does the screen go blank in the middle of the game? The message says, “Erro

I receive the message, “error connecting to server”. Do you know why this happens? And, what do I do to correct the issue? This also happens when I play Pyramids.
I don’t have wireless. My connection is thru a modem.

    Your internet connection might be messed up. Check to see if you r using wireless internet it messes up often.

    if you can you should try to reinstall the games and try again, if you cant than you should look in the settings and look for anything abnormal.
